Entries to the free prize draws are gained automatically when you sign up for the HomeoPet email newsletter.
You must be a resident in the USA or Canada to enter the HomeoPet Monthly Free Prize Draws.
HomeoPet will randomly select the winners from all subscribers to the HomeoPet email newsletter and will formally notify those people by e-mail. Winners of each month are selected in the first week of the month and announced in the next HomeoPet email newsletter which goes out on the 1st of the following month.
The winners coupon will expire 6 months after the date of the email newsletter in which the winner was announced. If winners do not respond to our notifications and redeem the coupon within the expiry date, then that winner will forfeit all rights and entitlement to the prize..

HomeoPet reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe any winner has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting their prize, winners give HomeoPet the right to publish his/her name in the HomeoPet email newsletter.

Employees of HomeoPet LLC, their agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
HomeoPet’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner may not transfer the prize to any other person.
No alternative prizes are available and there is no cash equivalent.
Vouchers may ONLY be redeemed through the HomeoPet website.
The winner may only use the voucher amount in one transaction. Any amounts remaining on a voucher after the end date will be forfeit and HomeoPet is under no obligation to replace any remaining amount with cash, product or additional vouchers.
Only one entry per HomeoPet email subscriber is permitted into each draw and all usernames will be entered into the prize draw each month until HomeoPet suspends or terminates the HomeoPet Monthly Free Prize Draws.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and all other matters relating to the HomeoPet Monthly Prize Draws, the decision of HomeoPet shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
