- The contest is open to residents of the USA aged 16 or over except employees of HomeoPet, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
- To enter:
- The winner will be the photo with the most votes at the time the contest is closed. In the case of any dispute, HomeoPet reserves the sole right to adjudicate and select a winner by any means of their choosing.
- Contest is only open to residents in the USA over the age of 16.
- No monetary value offered in exchange.
- By submitting your photos to the HomeoPet 'Capture the Love' competition, participants agree to grant HomeoPet the right to use the photos in any media free of charge, including without limitation, the right to publish, distribute, copy or display in printed or electronic media, even if they are not the winning entries.
- Entrants must own copyright for their photo entries. And by entering the competition, they confirm they have the copyright to the picture.
