Thank you for your support of HomeoPet products (“Products”) and for being an Authorized Retailer of our Products in your brick-and-mortar sales locations in the United States! 

Please complete this form if you are interested in selling our Products on your own, proprietary website.  Upon successful registration, your website will be considered a”Permissible Public Website.”

Please note that per the terms of our HomeoPet L.L.C. Authorized Retailer Policy for the United States (“Retailer Policy”), you are prohibited from selling the Products on any online forum except for your own, proprietary website that is registered using this form.  Sales of our Products on online marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace) are strictly prohibited.
